291,461. Burban, E. J. June 2, 1928. [A Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, June 4, 1928]. Manures.-A weed-killer and fertilizer is made by treating natural phosphate with commercial nitric acid, diluted to below 35‹ BÚ, and adding dry material such as calcium phosphate, rimestone or quicklime to the resulting mass or solution. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 146,097.
