291,301. Westenholz, T. F. Dec. 3, 1927. Seats combined with tables.-A folding table 4 in a motor car where the back of the driver's seat consists of a hollow receptacle closed by a lid 4 forming the table top, is further provided with a trunk 6 which is housed within the receptacle and hinged at 7, 8 so that it can be swung out for use as an auxiliary table. Space at the sides of the trunk in the receptacle behind the driver's seat may be used to hold bottles, &c. A shelf 11 may be provided above the trunk to hold drawings, umbrellas, &c. The trunk may contain two inner loose boxes to hold cutlery, clothes, &c.
