Abstract
288,990. K³ttner Akt.-Ges., F. April 16, 1927, [Convention date]. Passing Liquids through materials.- Hanks or cakes z, Fig. 1, of artificial silk are placed close together on the grid bottoms g of superimposed cages and are held down by thick perforated strips i. The top cage is provided with a perforated cover k. The battery of cages is placed in a receptacle a having handles b by which it can be placed on a frame c. Fig. 2, under any one of a number of spraying nozzles d<1> &c. delivering different washing, bleaching or dyeing liquids. The receptacle a may be dispensed with and packing material placed between the individual cages. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes also a modification, Fig. 3 (Carcelled), in which a single tank A is used, having pipes for supplying different liquids. In this form only three cages are superimposed, the cages being fitted into a framework A<1> and partition A<2> in the tank. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
