Rotary apparatus.-The centrifugal atomizer for use in apparatus claimed in Specification 276,996 as modified by Specification 287,783 comprises a cone b, preferably stepped, having an annular funnelshaped rear wall secured to its base by spacing bolts d. The base of the cone is hollow and liquid is supplied to the hollow through a tube e. Atomized liquid is diverted and projected forward by the bent over edge f of the wall c. On reaching the front of the cone it is further atomized by a current of air from the, nozzle.
