288,314. Metallbank und Metallurgische Ges. Akt.-Ges. April 9,1927, [Convention date.]. Addition to 286,616, [Class 82 (i), Metals, Extracting &c.]. Annealing.-Copper alloys containing nickel and silicon and one or more of the metals cadmium, tin, and manganesoe, with or without iron, .are heated to over 600‹ C., for example to about 750‹ C., quenched, cold rolled, annealed at 300-600‹ C., and completely worked; or the alloys may be annealed at above 600‹ C., cooled rapidly to 300-400‹ C. and thereafter cooled slowly.
