Abstract
287,375. Debrie, A. L. V. C. July 9, 1927. Addition to 279,029. Lens mounts.-The focusing lens mount described in the parent Specification is provided with an adjustable cam so that lenses of differing focal length may be used. The socket 1 carries the lens holder 2 which slides without rotating and is provided with a cam 4 consisting of two parallel flanges 3 forming a groove to receive the pin 8 of the focusing lever 11. The cam 4 is secured centrally to the holder 2 and at each end by screws 5 in elongated slots so that the angle may be adjusted. The pin 8 is carried on a ring 9 to which the lever 11 is attached, moving over a scale 12, Fig. 3. To enable the socket to be removed for adjusting the cam the ring 9 has screwed upon it a ring 15 provided with projections corresponding to recesses 13, Fig. 1, the ring 15 being actuated by a lever 19 through toothed sectors as shown. In addition a lever 27 is fitted for the actuation of the iris diaphragm through the rotation of the anti-glare shade 22 by a projection 23 engaging a slot 24 in the ring 25 to which the lever 27 is attached.
