Dipping-rods.-The filling neck 1 of a tank is provided with a collar 2 to which is screwed a cap 5 having an aperture to receive a dipping rod 11 carried by a cover 10. Projections 11 prevent the removal of the rod, the cap 5 is sealed by a member 7, and the collar 2 is either integral with the neck or secured by a rivet or screw 16.
