275,547. Mattison Machine Works, (Assignees of Mattison, C. L.). Aug. 9, 1926, [Convention date]. Circular-saw machines.-A circular saw is carried together with its driving motor 8 at the end of a lazy tongs mounted on a head B capable of rotational adjustment on a pedestal. The links of the lazy tongs are alternately single links 29 and double links 25, connected by ball-bearing pivot members 32. The saw is vertically adjustable in the end member of the lazy tongs by means of a hand-operated screw 14. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) states that the invention is applicable to tools other than circular saws. This statement does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
