Abstract

Vacuum tubes.- In a voltage amplifier system, a three electrode valve is structurally combined with the anode resistance, grid condenser and grid leak of the succeeding stage, and pin and other terminals are provided on a cap. As shown, an anode resistance 14, a grid condenser 17, a grid leak 20, and the electrode structure 10 are mounted on a glass support 31. The filament, grid, and anode resistance are connected' with pins 25, and a terminal, not shown, mounted on the cap is connected with the grid condenser and may be connected with the. grid of the succeeding valve. The grid leak may be connected with a terminal 30, or may be connected inside the valve with the cathode. In a modification the coupling elements are mounted in the cap.
