Inductances; wireless tuning-apparatus, adjustment devices for. - In a wireless receiving set having two or more aerial tuning inductances 6, 6a for two or more ranges of wave-length, a separate reaction coil 5, 5<a>, is provided for use with each inductance coil. The inductance and reaction coils are changed simultaneously by moving the lever 9 which turns a sleeve 4 carrying the coil 6a, contacts 23 mounted on the bobbin being adapted to make the required connections through plates 28 mounted on the base 1. The coupling between the coils is adjusted by turning the knob 10 fixed to the tube 8, which is internally threaded to engage the screwed portion 7<a> of a rod 7, 7<a>, 11. Rotation of the knob 10 causes axial movement of this rod, and the spools 5, 5<a>, are engaged by projections 16, 16a, protruding through longitudinal slots in the fixed tube 3.
