Abstract

Vehicle-window opening and closing apparatus.- The lower spring-pressed sprocket c of a chain- and-stud vehicle-window regulator is mounted on a recessed member e slidably carried bv the edges of a slot or slots g in the mounting plate. A tongue j projecting into the slot at the upper end serves to position the spring k. The spindle of the sprocket c is riveted into the slider. The slider and mounting plate are preferably made from sheet steel by stamping and pressing.
