Abstract
263,755. I. G. Farbenindustrie Akt.- Ges. Dec. 24, 1925, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. Alloys.-Magnesium and magnesium alloys are hardened by the addition of up to about 32 per cent of cerium or cerium metals. Examples contain (1) 20 per cent of cerium; (2) 6 per cent of cerium and 20 per cent of aluminium. The alloys may be used for making pistons for internal-combustion engines.
