Coke ovens.-Insulating doors for cokeovens, gas-retorts &c. are provided with a device for correcting warping &c. comprising members g with threaded inserted pieces h at each end engaged by bolts k passing through the door and adapted to be rotated by nuts i pinned thereon. The members g are bolted centrally to vertical frame members e. The boltheads may be cased to prevent loss of heat.
