Thermionic amplifiers.-In a thermionic valve circuit comprising two oscillating circuits c<1>, i<1> and c<2>, i<2> in mutually inductive relationship, means are provided for neutralizing, for a considerable range of wave lengths, the electromotive force induced in either circuit from the other. A neutralizing electromotive force resulting from the current flowing in the other circuit is obtained by a connection d, which may include an impedance p, between points on the inductances of the two circuits. Alternatively a third circuit a<1>, a<2> is electromagnetically coupled to both inductances, or is electromagnetically coupled to one inductance and connected to the other. In the latter case the circuit may include an impedance.
