Abstract

Bobbins. - A bobbin suitable for any type of spinning machine comprises a hollow frusto-conical body 5 open at the bottom and threaded at 6 to receive a disc 7 which is interchangable to suit the particular type of spinning machine with which the bobbin is to be used. The surface is knurled as at 8 to prevent the slipping of the thread or yarn thereon.
