Window frames; glazing; shop fronts. - The sash frame of a window or shop front consists of two parts 1, 11 between which the glass is clamped by bolts passing through a flange on the member 1, through elongated slots on the member 11, and secured by nuts bridging the slots and by lock nuts 27. The clamping member 11 is suitably curved to bed on the rib 10 as a fulcrum. In a modification. Fig. 5, a separate clip 22 is engaged by the clamping nut and bears on the glass clamping member 11 at 11<111> and 14". Ventilation and drainage holes are provided in the glass-engaging rib 5 of the member 1. When used for a shop front, the member 1 is screwed to the wood stop 21. The glass rests on packing 9<1>.
