357,015. Fastenings for sliding-doors. GREENHAM, I., 22, Lonsdale Street, Belfast. Nov. 27, 1930, No. 35692. [Class 44.] A fastening for sliding-doors comprises a member 1 which is secured in the upper horizontal guideway to pivot about one end 3 and carries projections 9 at its other end 1b to engage recesses in the upper corners of the doors. The doors are released by lifting the member 1 using one of the projections 9 for the purpose. The member 1 is supported either by the tops of the doors or by a ledge 7a in a member 8. Rubber stops 11 prevent the doors rebounding.
