Abstract

A disposable bottle suitable for storing e-liquids includes a body, a stopper with a tube for liquid evacuation and a bottle cap wherein the cap is capable of covering the stopper which is engaged with the outer edge of the bottleneck and the outer edge of the bottleneck and the outer edge of the stopper are fixed in a sealed connection. Preferably; the stopper includes a hook structure that wraps around a flange which is formed by the uppermost section of the bottleneck flaring out. Preferably, the bottle cap includes an outer cap and an inner cap which are capable of being loosely, and removably, connected. Preferably, the inner wall of the outer cap has a has a block structure preventing looseness between the inner- and outer-caps.

Description

A Disposable E-liquid Bottle
Technical Field
The invention relates to a bottle container manufacturing field, especially for a disposable E-liquid bottle.
Background Art E-Cigarette - a kind of replacement of traditional cigarette, compared with conventional cigarette, it does not include the harmful substance, for example, tar, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrocyanic acid. Besides, the E-liquid in the E-cigarette will become aerosol after atomizing, and the aerosol will be diluted rapidly and it is hard to be re-absorbed due to its low density, and it will not form to passive smoking. Therefore, E-cigarette will have a promising market with the strong pursuing of health life for people.
The E-liquid of the E-cigarette will be filled into the reservoir of the atomizer by E-liquid bottle. The cork of the current E-liquid bottle can be taken out from bottleneck easier to refill the juice, especially for filling with different juice, which will occur germ due to the stains left in the inner wall of the bottle to impact the health for the E-cigarette user.
Summary of the Invention
The purpose of the invention is to provide a disposable E-liquid bottle, which is a health, environmental protection, safe and sanitation.
The present invention includes a bottle body, a cork with liquid filling a tube and a bottle cap; the cork is plugged into the bottleneck; the bottle cap covers the cork and is connected with the outer wall of bottleneck; and the outer edge of the cork and the outer edge of the bottleneck are fixed in sealed connection by a fastening structure.
The fastening structure includes a lock sited in the outer edge of the cork and a buckle sited in the outer edge of the bottleneck; these providing a snap fastening between the lock and the buckle.
The lock is a hook structures constituted by the edge of the cork extending outward and then extending downward, and the end of the edge bending inwards.
The buckle is a flange structure constituted by the edge of the bottleneck extending outward.
The bottle cap includes an outer cap and an inner cap, the inner cap being nested in the outer cap and the inner cap and outer cap being loosely connected.
There is a directed inward block structure in the inner wall of the outer cap, w to prevent looseness between the inner cap and the outer cap.
There is a restraint slot on the outer surface of the inner cap, and respectively there is a restraint post on the inner surface of the outer cover, when the bottle cap is connected with the bottleneck, fastening or loosening between the inner cap and the bottleneck is effected by the restraint post being snap fitted into the restraint slot.
The inner cap connects with the bottleneck by thread.
There is a silicon cork on the top of the inner wall in the inner cap, arranged to seal the liquid filling tube when the bottle cap is connected to bottleneck.
The height of the liquid filling tube of the said disposable E-liquid bottle is between 10mm to 15mm.
The disposable E-liquid bottle in the present invention, the outer edge of the cork and the outer edge of the bottleneck are fixed in sealed connection by a fastening structure. The fastening structure makes the cork and the bottleneck to connect firmly and to avoid this bottle reused by non-destructive method, and to avoid the bottle used again, which can provide us a healthy, safe and sanitary E-liquid bottle.
Description of Drawings FIG. 1 is the shape configuration diagram of the disposable E-liquid bottle. FIG. 2 is the sectional view of central symmetry for E-liquid bottle. FIG. 3 is the breakdown drawing of the bottle in FIG. 1. FIG. 4 is the sectional view of the bottle cork and bottle body. FIG. 5 is the enlarged drawing of the part A in FIG. 4. FIG. 6 is the enlarged drawing of the part B in FIG. 4. FIG. 7 is the structural drawing of the inner cap for the bottle cap. FIG. 8 is the sectional drawing of central symmetry for inner cap. FIG. 9 is the sectional drawing of central symmetry for the outer cap. FIG. 10 is the structural drawing of the inner part of the outer cap.
Detailed Description of the Invention
As shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, the disposable E-liquid bottle includes a bottle 300, a cork 200 with a liquid filling tube 220 and a bottle cap 100, the cork 200 is sealed and plugged into the bottleneck 310 of the bottle 300, and there will be formed an oil passageway between the cork 200 and the bottle 300, the bottle cap 100 covers the cork 200 and is connected to the outer wall of the bottleneck 310, the E-liquid is filled in the bottle body 320 of the bottle 300. The disposable E-liquid bottle, the outer edge of the cork 200 and the outer edge of the bottleneck 310 are connected firmly by a fastening structure. It is this fastening structure that makes the cork 200 and the bottleneck 310 to connect firmly and to avoid this bottle reused by nondestructive method, which can provide us a healthy, safe and sanitary E-liquid bottle. If the cork 200 is plugged out from bottleneck 310 by destructive way, the cork 200 cannot be used normally.
The bottle 300 described above is a plastic bottle with certain plasticity, it may be transparent bottle or brown bottle. The example described is the transparent bottle.
The said disposable E-liquid bottle described above, as shown in Fig. 2, 4 and 6, wherein its fastening structure includes a lock 201 sited in the outer edge of the cork 200 and a buckle 301 sited in the outer edge of the bottleneck 310, the lock 201 is locked firmly by the buckle 301, these will be to avoid the cork 200 being plugged out from the bottleneck 310 by normal way, unless using violence or other destructive method to take out the cork 200 from the bottleneck 310; the purpose of this configuration is to avoid the E-liquid bottle being reused.
In an embodiment, as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the cork 200 includes a plug 230 integrated with the liquid filling tube 220, there is a lock part 210 between the plug 230 and the liquid filling tube 220, where the lock 201 was placed, the lock 201 is a hook structure 202 constituted by the edge of the cork 210 extending outward and then extending downward, and the end of the edge bending inwards. The size between the hook structure 202 and the plug 230 is a little shorter than the size between the bottleneck 310 and the buckle 301, in the meanwhile, the distance between the hook structure 202 and the lock part 210 is just fitting with the thickness of the buckle 301, which can ensure that the lock 201 is connected firmly with the buckle 301, and these will be to avoid the cork 200 is plugged out from the bottleneck 310.
The lock part 210 can be a disc structure, a square structure or other polyhedral structure; accordingly, the lock 201 can be a single unit set up in the lock part 210 and also can be an integrated part on the lock part 210; in the embodiment, the lock part 210 is a disc structure and with the lock 201 to be an integrated rounded design, it is simple, convenient and also conform to the legal requirements for the bottle setting.
As shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 6, in order to fit with the lock structure 201, the buckle 301 in the bottleneck 310 is a flange structure that is formed by the bottleneck 310 extending outward, of which extending width and size are based on the condition that there have a fastening connection between the buckle 301 and the lock 201. In an embodiment, the buckle 301 is a ring shape in order to fit with lock 201 to form a fastening connection.
If the lock 201 is connected tightly with the buckle 301, the thickness of the outer wall for the lock 201 is equal to or less than the thickness of the bottleneck 310 so that the bottle cap 100 can fit with the bottleneck 310 well.
The disposable E-liquid bottle described above, as shown in Fig. 3, the bottle cap 100 includes two parts — an outer cap 110 and an inner cap 120, the inner cap 120 is nested in the outer cap 110 and they are connected loosely and the connection between the inner cap 120 and the bottle neck 310 are fastening or loose fit connection. We can make sure that the connection between the inner cap 120 and the bottleneck 310 is fastening connection by this structure design even though the outer cap 110 is influenced by the external factor .
In an embodiment, as shown in Fig. 9, there is a directed inward block structure 114 in the inner wall of the outer cap 120, which was used to avoid looseness between the inner cap 120 and the outer cap 110.
Further, in order to make the cap 100 opened or closed from the bottleneck 310, as shown in Fig. 7, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, there have a few restraint slots 123 on the outer surface of the inner cap 120, correspondingly, there have a few restraint posts 113 on the inner surface of the outer cap 110, The quantity for the restraint slot 123 and restraint post 113 are the same, and the fitting way is the same. When the bottle cap 100 is connected with the bottleneck 310, there is formed a connection with fastening or loosening between the inner cap 120 and the bottleneck 310 by the restraint slot 113 fitted snap into the restraint post 123.
In an embodiment, the configured shapes/shape structure of the inner cap 120 and the outer cover 110 are nippleshaped, and are divided into a cone top and a cone bottom, and the connection between the cone top and cone bottom is formed a mating face, and the central axis of the cone top, the mating face and the cone bottom are coincident. The inner cap 120 and the outer cap 110 have their specific structure, as follows:
As shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, the first cone top 122 and the first cone bottom 121 are connected by the first mating face 126 in the inner cap 120. The first cone top 122 within the space 124 is used to set the liquid filling tube 220. There have several pieces of the restraint slots 123 on the outer surface of the first mating face 126/ in the embodiment, the number of the restraint slots 123 is six, these restraint slots set circumferentially symmetric scattering center type and the same limit angle between adjacent restraint slots 123.
Accordingly, as shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, the second cone top 115 and the second cone bottom 111 are connected by the second mating face 112 in the outer cap 110. The second cone top 115 and the second cone bottom 111 within the space 124 are used to set the inner cap 120. There have several pieces of the restraint posts 113 on the inner surface of the second mating face 112, and the numbers of the restraint posts 113 are the same with the restraint slots 123, and the size of the restraint posts 113 just to match the restraint slots 123. In other embodiments, the restraint slots 123 may be provided within the inner surface of the outer cap 110, the retaining post 113 provided in the outer surface 120 of the inner cap 120.
The alveolar tooth structure design between the inner cap and the outer cap, by depressing the outer cover so that the retaining post snap into the restraint slots 123, and by applying the outer cap want to rotate the outer cap to tighten or loosen the inner cap drive torque, and then to prevent the cap between the inner cap and the outer cap slipping phenomenon during tightening or loosening process.
In the embodiment, as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 8, the first cone bottom 121 of the inner cap 120 is space-shape, and there are some internal threads 125 in the inner wall, and these internal threads 125 were provided to form thread connection with the outer wall of the bottleneck 310.
In another embodiment, shown in Fig. 8, there is a downward rubber nipple 127 in the inner space of the first cone top 122. The rubber nipple 127 is set in the central axis of the first cone top 122. The size of the rubber nipple 127 is fit to match the liquid filling tube 220. After the cork 100 is plugged into the bottleneck 310 and fastening connection, the rubber 127 is plugged into the liquid filling tube 220, and play plugging liquid filling tube 220, to prevent outflow of liquid smoke or blurring effect.
In other embodiments, if necessary, liquid filling tube 220 should be greater than 10mm length and less than 15mm, preferably 13.4mm, this design makes it easy to fill positions within the E-liquid, and to keep the principle of cost-savings .

Claims (10)

Claims
1. A disposable E-liquid bottle includes a bottle body, a cork with a liquid filling tube and a bottle cap, wherein: the cork is plugged into the bottleneck; the bottle cap covers the cork and is connected with the outer wall of bottleneck; and the outer edge of the cork and the outer edge of the bottleneck are fixed in sealed connection by a fastening structure.
2. The disposable E-liquid bottle of claim 1, wherein the fastening structure includes a lock sited in the outer edge of the cork and a buckle sited in the outer edge of the bottleneck, these providing a snap fastening between the lock and the buckle.
3. The disposable E-liquid bottle of claim 2, wherein the lock is a hook structure constituted by the edge of the cork extending outward and then extending downward, and the end of the edge bending inwards.
4. The disposable E-liquid bottle of claim 2 or 3, wherein the buckle is a flange structure constituted by the edge of the bottleneck extending outward.
5. The disposable E-liquid bottle of any preceding claim, wherein the bottle cap includes an outer cap and an inner cap, the inner cap being nested in the outer cap and the inner cap and outer cap being loosely connected.
6. The disposable E-liquid bottle of claim 5, wherein there is a directed inward block structure in the inner wall of the outer cap, to prevent looseness between the inner cap and the outer cap.
7. The disposable E-liquid bottle of claim 5 or 6, wherein there is a restraint slot on the outer surface of the inner cap, and respectively there is a restraint post on the inner surface of the outer cap, wherein, when the bottle cap is connected with the bottleneck.
8. The disposable E-liquid bottle of claim 5, 6 or 7, wherein the inner cap connects with the bottleneck by thread.
9. The disposable E-liquid bottle of claim 5, 6, 7 or 8, wherein there is a silicon cork on the top of the inner wall in the inner cap, arranged to seal the liquid filling tube when the bottle cap is connected to the bottleneck.
10. The disposable E-liquid bottle of any preceding claim, wherein the height of the liquid filling tube of the said disposable E-liquid bottle is between 10mm to 15mm.
