The materials in the container body 40 of the embodiment of the invention can also be directly discharged through the opening 41 of the container body 40, when the container body 40 of the invention contains smaller solid particle materials which can pass through the discharge hole 320 of the inner plug 30, the smaller solid particle materials can be discharged from the discharge hole 320 of the inner plug 30, and the inner plug 30 can also be pulled off, so that the smaller solid particle materials are discharged from the opening 41 of the container body 40; when the container body 40 of the present invention contains relatively large solid particulate material, such as capsules, the inner plug 30 is pulled off, causing the capsules to be expelled directly from the opening 41 of the container body 40.
The discharging nozzle 32 of the embodiment of the present invention is a conical tip protruding from the embedded portion 31, or may be in a needle tip shape, and correspondingly, in order to facilitate accommodating the discharging nozzle 32 and sealing the elastic sealing plug 20 of the discharging nozzle 32, the top end of the container cover 10 of the embodiment of the present invention also forms a protruding tip portion 14. The elastic sealing plug 20 is accommodated in the front end cavity 110 of the built-in cavity 11 formed by the tip part 14 and is in interference fit with the inner wall of the part, so that the elastic sealing plug 20 can be effectively fixed to prevent left and right displacement.
As shown in fig. 3, the container body 40 in the embodiment of the present invention is further provided with an anti-counterfeiting ring 48 at the opening 41, and a connecting rib (not shown) is further provided between the container cover 10 and the anti-counterfeiting ring, and the connecting rib is broken once the container cover 10 is unscrewed, so as to play a role in anti-counterfeiting identification.
The surfaces of the container cover 10 and the container body 40 in the embodiment of the present invention may be further provided with a slip preventing protrusion or a slip preventing protrusion (not shown) to increase friction of the hands of the user of the container apparatus 100 to facilitate screwing or unscrewing of the container cover 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the elastic sealing plug 20 according to the embodiment of the present invention is a solid elastomer, and the elastic sealing plug 20 of a solid elastomer structure facilitates sealing of the inner plug 30.
It will be appreciated that the elastomeric sealing plug 20 of the present embodiment may also be a hollow elastomer open at an end facing away from the container body 40, as shown in fig. 6, to increase the elastic force of the elastomeric sealing plug 20.
For a specific screwing process of the container cover 10 and the container body 40 according to the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1, 2 and 7 to 9:
firstly, materials such as electronic cigarette oil are contained in a container body 40, then an embedded part 31 of an inner plug 30 is embedded into an opening 41 of the container body to be tightly matched, then an elastic seal 20 is arranged in a front end cavity 110 of a container cover 10, then a first thread 12 of the container cover 10 is screwed into a second thread 42 on the container body 40 to be screwed in a gradual rotating way, a locking block 13 at the tail end of the first thread 12 is slowly close to a guide part 47 and slides along a second guide surface 472 of the guide part 47 to be transited to a first boss 44, the resistance is obviously increased, and a discharge nozzle 32 of the inner plug 30 is propped against the elastic seal 20, and the state is shown in a first state in fig. 7; then, the container cover 10 continues to rotate, when the locking block 13 rotates to the lower part of the groove 46, the locking block 13 is suspended, and the whole container cover 10 is subjected to upward elastic force because the discharging nozzle 32 is propped against the elastic sealing plug 20, so that the container cover 10 moves upwards, and the container cover 10 is in the second state shown in fig. 8; then under the action of the elastic force, the container cover 10 rises, the locking block 13 enters the groove 46, if the locking block 13 is screwed on the second boss 45 continuously, the locking block 13 cannot be screwed on continuously, meanwhile, the locking block 13 cannot be screwed out reversely due to the interference blocking effect of the first boss 44, the bottle cover cannot be opened, and the effect of preventing the bottle cover from being opened by mistake is achieved; that is, at this time, the screwing-in and unscrewing of the locking piece 13 are locked, at this time, the first screw thread 12 and the second screw thread 42 are matched and screwed, and the container cover 10 and the container body 40 are closed and sealed, at this time, the third state shown in fig. 9 is achieved. If the container cover 10 is to be opened, a downward force must be applied to the container cover 10 to overcome the elastic force of the elastic sealing plug 20 to the container cover 10 after being held by the tap 31, so that the second state shown in fig. 8 is reached, and the container cover can be reversely unscrewed.
According to the container device with the double locking pressing mechanism, one end of the container device is propped against the discharge hole 320 of the discharge nozzle 32 part of the inner plug 30 and the other end is propped against the inner wall of the container cover 10 by arranging the elastic sealing plug 20 in the front end cavity 110 of the built-in cavity 11, so that the elastic sealing plug 20 is in an elastic compression state, on one hand, the discharge hole 320 of the inner plug 30 is well sealed, and on the other hand, a reverse elastic force deviating from the container body 40 is provided for the container cover 10; meanwhile, a locking piece 13 is provided at the end of the first thread 12 of the receiving cap 10, the locking piece 13 is formed by the end of the first thread 12 being cut off, a locking groove portion 43 is provided at the end of the second thread 42 at the opening 41 of the container body 40, the locking groove portion 43 includes a groove 46, when the first thread 12 is screwed into the second thread 42, the locking piece 13 is also screwed into the groove 46 along the second thread, and the movement of the locking piece 13 in the screwing-in and unscrewing directions after the screwing-in is locked. The screw-fit of the receiving cap 10 and the container body 40 is locked under the double locking action of the reverse elastic force of the elastic sealing plug 20 and the locking block 13 locked with the groove 46. When the container body 40 is to be opened, the container cover 10 needs to be pressed downwards firstly to overcome the reverse elasticity of the elastic sealing plug 20, so that the locking block 13 can be unlocked after being separated from the groove 46, and then the container body 40 can be opened by reversely rotating the container cover 10, so that the structure can effectively prevent children from easily opening the container cover 10 to mistakenly eat materials in the container body 40, the personal safety is ensured, and meanwhile, the structure with double locking effect is simple, and the production cost is reduced. The elastic sealing plug 20 of the present invention, in combination with the screwing of the first thread 12 and the second thread 42, can effectively prevent leakage of materials in the container body 40, thereby improving the sealing effect of the present container apparatus 100. The container device 100 of the invention only needs one container cover 10, which avoids the need of using a cover body assembly structure composed of an inner cover and an outer cover in the prior art for the tobacco tar bottle, and meanwhile, the inner plug 30 and the container body 40 are in embedded tight fit, so that the whole container device 100 has simple structure, simplifies the production and assembly processes, and greatly reduces the production cost.

Claims (7)

1. The container device with double locking pressing mechanism includes one container body with one opening, one inner plug to seal the opening and one container cover screwed to the opening of the container body, and features that the inner plug has one part extending into the opening of the container body and matching closely with the container body and one discharging hole in the front end for discharging the material inside the container body;
the container apparatus further includes:
the elastic sealing plug is arranged in the front end cavity of the built-in cavity of the container cover, one end of the elastic sealing plug is abutted with the discharging hole of the inner plug to seal the discharging hole, the other end of the elastic sealing plug is abutted with the inner wall of the container cover to provide elasticity for the container cover in a direction deviating from the container body, and the elastic sealing plug is a solid elastomer or a hollow elastomer deviating from an opening at one end of the container body;
the container cover is provided with a first thread, a locking block is intermittently arranged at the tail end of the first thread in the screwing direction, a second thread is arranged at the opening of the container body, a locking groove part is arranged at the tail end of the second thread in the screwing direction, the locking groove part comprises a groove, the first thread is screwed on the second thread, the locking block is screwed into the groove of the locking groove part in the screwing direction of the second thread, then the locking block is locked in the movement of the locking block in the screwing direction and the screwing direction, the locking groove part further comprises a first boss and a second boss which are sequentially arranged at intervals in the screwing direction of the second thread, and the groove is positioned between the first boss and the second boss; the first boss and the second boss are both arranged at the tail end of the second thread in a protruding way towards the direction of the container body;
the groove is formed by surrounding a first boss side wall surface arranged on the first boss, a second boss side wall surface arranged on the second boss and a bottom wall surface arranged between the first boss side wall surface and the second boss side wall surface;
the size of the locking block is adapted to the groove and locked on the side wall surface of the first boss, the side wall surface of the second boss and the bottom wall surface, and the intermittent distance between the locking block and the tail end of the first screw thread in direction is larger than or equal to the length size of the first boss in the second screw thread in direction;
the inner plug comprises an embedded part and a discharging nozzle, wherein the embedded part is hollow in the inside and communicated with the discharging nozzle, the discharging nozzle is in a conical tip or a needle tip shape, the embedded part is partially stretched into the opening of the container body and is tightly matched with the container body, and materials in the container body are sequentially discharged through the hollow part of the embedded part, the hollow part of the discharging nozzle and the discharging hole or directly discharged through the opening of the container body.
2. The container device with dual lock pressing mechanism of claim 1, wherein the bottom wall surface is at an angle of 30-135 degrees to the first boss side wall surface and the bottom wall surface is at an angle of 30-135 degrees to the second boss side wall surface.
3. The container device with dual lock pressing mechanism of claim 1, wherein the bottom wall surface forms an angle of 30-90 degrees with the first boss side wall surface and the bottom wall surface forms an angle of 30-90 degrees with the second boss side wall surface.
4. The container device with dual lock pressing mechanism of claim 1, wherein the bottom wall surface is at a 90 degree angle to the first boss side wall and the bottom wall surface is at a 90 degree angle to the second boss side wall.
5. The container device with double locking pressing mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the bottom wall surface is parallel to the spiral direction of the second thread at the bottom wall surface.
6. The container device with double locking pressing mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first boss is provided with a guide portion at a side where the second screw is screwed in, the guide portion includes a first guide surface connected to the second screw, and a second guide surface connected to the first guide surface and inclined to a side of the container body, and the first guide surface and the second guide surface form an included angle of 120 to 170 degrees.
7. The container device with dual lock pressing mechanism of claim 6, wherein the first guide surface is parallel to the direction of the helix of the second thread at the first guide surface.
