Abstract

A feeding bottle assembly comprises a bottle body, a first hinge part and a flip cover part. The bottle body is internally provided with a containing cavity, and one end of the bottle body is provided with an opening communicated with the containing cavity. The first hinge is fixed at one end of the bottle body. The flip portion includes a nipple, the flip portion is hinged to the first hinge portion, and the flip portion is rotatable about a rotational axis relative to the first hinge portion between a first position in which the flip closes the opening and a second position in which the opening is open. Referring to fig. 3 to 7, in some embodiments, the pressing portion 307 includes an abutting portion, a first rib 309, and a second rib 310, the first rib 309 and the second rib 310 extend downward from a lower surface of the abutting portion, the upper surface of the base portion 305 is provided with a first locking groove 311, the abutting portion abuts against the bottom of the tapered head portion 304, the first rib 309 abuts against the upper surface of the base portion 305, the second rib 310 extends into the first locking groove 311 and abuts against the base portion 305, and a top end of the spiral portion 319 abuts against a lower surface of the base portion 305. The nipple 301 can be firmly fixed by the first and second beads 309 and 310. The base 305 abuts against the inner wall of the ring portion 308. The teat 301 is typically made of a material having elasticity so that the teat 301 can provide a seal between the retaining ring 302 and the screw portion 319.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, in some embodiments, the first hinge portion 321 protrudes from the spiral portion 319, the first hinge portion 321 is opened with a hinge groove 322, the cross section of the hinge groove 322 is at least partially arc-shaped, and the second hinge portion 303 includes a hinge shaft 312, and the hinge shaft 312 can rotate in the hinge groove 322.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, in some embodiments, the spiral part 319 is provided with an annular sealing groove 314, a sealing ring 313 is provided in the sealing groove 314, and the top end of the bottle body 200 abuts against the sealing ring 313 when the spiral part 319 is screwed with the bottle body 200. The sealing ring 313 may provide a seal between the vial 200 and the helical portion 319.
Referring to fig. 2-3, in some embodiments, the first hinge portion 321 and the second hinge portion 303 are detachably connected, and the hinge slot 322 is an open slot 306. This arrangement facilitates removal of the screw 319, the retaining ring 302, the nipple 301, etc. for cleaning.

Referring to fig. 9 to 12, in some embodiments, the second hinge portion 303 includes a pair of protruding lugs (as shown in fig. 9) protruding from the retaining ring, the hinge shaft 312 connects the two protruding lugs, the second hinge portion 303 further includes a limiting post 323 disposed at the protruding lug, the first hinge portion 321 further includes a limiting groove 324 disposed at a groove wall of the hinge groove 322, the limiting post 323 is disposed in the limiting groove 324, and when the flip portion 300 rotates, the limiting post 323 moves in the limiting groove 324, when the flip portion 300 is located at the second position, the limiting post 323 abuts against an end of one end of the limiting groove 324, and by disposing the limiting post 324 and the limiting groove 324, the flip portion 300 can stay at the second position when rotating. It will be appreciated that a retaining groove may be provided at the lug and a retaining groove may be provided at the groove wall of the hinge groove 322.

Claims (10)

1. A feeding bottle assembly, comprising:

a first hinge assembly fixed at one end of the bottle body;
