Abstract
The present invention relates to an eye drop container, comprising: a main body having a space formed therein and having an injection port formed to be sharp toward the top; And a cap coupled to an outer periphery of the main body and projecting downward at an inner upper end to form a sharp cloth tool corresponding to the injection port and having an opening formed above the cloth tool.
According to this, the injection port can be opened and ruptured in the process of fastening the cap to the upper end of the main body, and the shape of the open injection port can be improved to make it easier to form a dot shape.
In addition, the cap can be sealed by connecting the cap to the outside of the cap, so that the remaining amount of the drug can be safely stored.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an eye drop container and a method of assembling the same, and more particularly, to an eye drop container and a method of assembling the eye drop container.
In general, liquid eye drops are used for diagnosis, prevention and treatment of eye diseases. This is usually used as an eye drop, and it is a sensitive agent for the eye, so it should be administered in small droplets.
In order to stably and hygienically inject eye drops, a small amount of drug solution is provided in an eye drop container.
Therefore, the eyedrops container should be kept clean and sanitary at all times, and should be disposed after a certain time after use, so that the manufacturing cost is designed to be low.
Domestic Application 10-2004-7012514 discloses an example of an eyedropper container.
Conventionally, an eyedrops container is composed of a main body containing a chemical liquid and a cap having a punching pin for opening the main body while being coupled to the main body.
Thus, in the process of coupling the cap to the main body, the mouth is ruptured and can be opened. After use, the main body is discarded.
However, the conventional ophthalmic solution container has a disadvantage that it takes a lot of manufacturing cost and does not smoothly perform the formation of a chemical solution.
Also, since the material is usually purchased from a foreign country, there is a disadvantage that the material purchase cost is excessively consumed.
The present invention has been conceived to solve the problems of the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an injection molding machine capable of rupturing the injection port in the process of fastening the cap to the upper end of the main body, And an object of the present invention is to provide an eye drop container which enables administration of a drug.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an eyedropper container which is capable of sealing the opening of a cap by coupling a lid to the outside of the cap, thereby safely storing the remaining amount of the drug.
In addition, the present invention provides a body filled with a drug in a closed state, and a cap and a cover are separately provided, and when the cap is coupled to the body, the cloth tool of the cap breaks the upper film of the body, Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing an eyedropper container in which the opening hole is closed to seal the container.
A medical treatment device for injecting medicines according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body having a space formed therein and an injection port formed to be pointed toward the top; And a cap coupled to the injection port of the main body and downwardly protruding from the inner upper end to form a sharp cloth tool corresponding to the injection port and having an opening formed above the cloth tool.
The injection port is formed with a thread on the outer circumferential surface, and a screw thread is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the cap to be screwed.
The cloth tool is formed to have a sharp point toward the bottom and attached to the lower part, a passageway communicating with an opening of the cap is formed in the inside, and a through hole is formed on the side to communicate with a lower end of the passageway.
At least one of the passages is formed with the diameter being expanded in the middle.
The upper and lower jaws include a first jaw formed corresponding to an upper end of the injection port and a second jaw formed corresponding to the opening and formed to be tapered.
And a lid coupled to the outside of the cap, the lid having a protruding portion formed in an upper portion thereof for sealingly sealing the opening of the cap.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing a medical device, comprising the steps of: preparing a body filled with a medicament and having an upper inlet sealed; A second step of screwing the cap into the upper injection port of the main body so that the inner cloth tool breaks the injection port upper film; And a step of screwing the cap onto the cap so that the projecting portion of the cap covers and closes the opening of the cap to thereby seal the cap.
According to the present invention, the injection port can be ruptured and opened in the process of fastening the cap to the upper end of the main body, and the shape of the open injection port can be improved so that the injection port can be more easily formed.
In addition, the cap can be sealed by connecting the cap to the outside of the cap, so that the remaining amount of the drug can be safely stored.
