Abstract

253,812. Schellhammer, A. Dec. 19, 1925. Closed solid-fuel stoves; stoves for use in joinery; boilers, arrangement of. -In a joiner's hot-table or the like, one of the supports 2 forms a stove having means, such as a grate 15, for burning ordinary fuel, and also other means for burning fuel such as wood refuse and the like, the latter preferably consisting of removable containers 4 with a central air passage 5. In the construction shown. the gases pass through a series of tapered flues 10 beneath the table to the hollow support 3, and thence to the outlet, the inlet ends of the flues 10 being adjustable by a common damper 9. Two water-heating coils 14, 19 are provided, the first for heating a container for size, glue, &c., whilst the latter may be connected to a hot water system.
