247,578. Fabrique Nationale d'Armes de Guerre-Soc. Anon. Oct. 30, 1924, [Convention date]. Breech actions, drop-down barrel. - The eccentric stud 23 for operating the locking-bolt 21 of a drop-down gun, is carried by a crownpiece 24 attached to the boss 28 of the top lever 25 by a tapered mortise and tenon joint 26, 27 and by a screw 29. The crown-piece is of larger diameter than the boss, thus forming a shoulder which retains the locking-lever in position.
