Abstract
247,157. Angenault, M. Feb. 5, 1925, [Convention date]. Elastic diaphragm pressure-gauges. - A pressure-operated device stated to be applicable for measuring low pressures is actuated by an aneroid capsule with internal vacuum subject externally to a standard pressure and by a bellous subject to the standard pressure and the pressure to be measured. The Figure shows the application of the invention to a regulating device particularly applicable for controlling the supply of oxygen to aviators. The valve member 2 co-operates with an inlet 1 and is connected by toggle links 3, 4 with a spindle 5. This spindle is connected on the one hand with the aneroid capsule 8 provided with a spring 7 and on the other with the bellows 9 loaded by a spring 6. When used as a gauge the valve member is replaced by an indicator.
