Working-fluid supply.-In the high-pressure part of turbines using both live and exhaust steam, the nozzle segments e, f for live and exhaust steam respectively are arranges to follow one another alternately, in order to ensure a thorouhg mixing of the highly superheated live steam with the exhaust steam in the stages following the first stage, so as to avoid the formation of water drops therein. By nesting the admission-box b for the exhaust steam within the admission-box a for the live steam, uniform heating and free expansion of the box b is obtained.
