Building blocks and slabs, special shapes of. - Rectangular building blocks or slabs have interlocking tongues 2 and grooves 3 at their vertical edges, and along the whole length of the horizontal edges have grooves 4 adapted to receive the bars 5. As shown, the tongues andgrooves are V-shaped and the blocks are formed. with vertical cavities 6 to reduce weight.
