Building-blocks, special shapes of.-Relates to an interlocking building-block of the type having projections and recesses on its four edges and a central vertical hole to put the recesses in its top and bottom edges in communication. According to the invention, four projections are provided on each horizontal edge which are situated symmetrically with respect to a median vertical longitudinal plane and are extended over the vertical sides but which have between them on the horizontal edges a free space at least twice as long as the horizontal length of the projections. When the blocks are laid in courses staggered through half the length of the blocks, the projections enter the free spaces in adjacent blocks. Central holes are provided which come into alignment with the depressions between the vertical portions of the projections.
