Coating bakers' goods. -In a biscuit or like coating machine of the kind wherein the biscuits are carried by an endless conveyer beneath a stencil. belt, the hopper 31, containing the coating- material, is provided with a screw or paddle forcing- arrangement 32 and a rotary cut-off plate 33, having an arm connected to a pull and push rod 35 with handles 36 whereby the hopper outleb may be controlled from any one of a number of points. The paddles 32 are driven from the shaft 18 through sprocket, and bevel gearing 37, 38.
