Abstract

Continuous-discharge apparatus with moving containers.-In a concrete or like mixing-machine of the kind described in Specification 202,379 in which the materials are fed by a conveyer 3. Fig. 3, in measured quantities to an inclined drum 19 fitted with transverse partitions, the concrete being discharged intermittently im batches, a variable-speed driving gear 35 is provided whereby the machine may be driven at different speeds to vary its capacity. The drum may also be provided with fixed scrapers 45, 47, Fig. 4, and may be divided longitudinally to facilitate replacements.
