Pivoting adjustments; pinless hinges.-The ends of a rotatable tubular member 1 carrying an electric lamp are provided with stepped collars 2 resting in a bearing-member 3 and engaged by concave recesses formed in the upper end of a spring-pressed sleeve 6 for holding the member 1 in an adjusted position. The spring 7 bears against a flange 8 in the sleeve 6 and an adjustable cup-shaped member 9 screwed on a tubular extension 4 of the bearing-member 3, through which extension the supply cable 5 passes.
