Inflatable. toys.-A gas bladder for toy or advertisement purposes consists of an elastic, gastight envelope a containing substances d, e which are adapted to evolve gas by reacting with each other but are kept apart, prior to inflation, by a separating device c which can be rendered inoperative by slight external pressure. The chemical substances are preferably sodium bicarbonate and an aqueous solution of tartaric acid. and the partition c is preferably formed of paraffin wax.
