Abstract

Joints.-In a joint for securing the side and end rails to the corner posts of a bedstead, a bolt e projecting from the side rail f, engages a substantially vertical slot d in one flange c of an angle plate, the other flange b of which lies against the corner post a and is secured thereto by bolts l passing through an end rail j and an angle member k secured thereto. A strengthening plate g is secured to the side rail f, and the rail and angle member k abut thereon when the parts are assembled.
