Tyres, elastic, tools for removing and replacing. -A tool for forcing a wired tyre on to a perambulator wheel consists of a lever B fitted near one end with a pin P to engage the wheel hub, and a tyre-engaging roller R mounted on a block S adjustable along the lever. The end Q of the lever may be recessed to engage the axle when the wheel is mounted on the vehicle. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 13622/03, 24723/06, and 18301/08.
