Motors, controlling.-A starting-motor for the engine of a motor vehicle or vessel has two sets of field and armature windings connected to independent commutators, one supplied with lowvoltage current from accumulators on the vehicle and the other with high-voltage current from a stationary source. A switch may be so arranged between the two supply circuits that only one circuit can be completed at once.
