Abstract

Kinematograph apparatus.-A camera is provided with three spindles to which the operating crank may be attached; one turn of the crank produces a different number of exposures in accordance with the spindle to which attachment is made. In the construction shown, spindles 10, 11 and 12, to each of which the crank may be attached, are geared together so that one turn of each produces respectively one, four, and eigh exposures. The film is intermittently fed by a single arm 18 having two teeth, the arm being pivoted at 19 to a link 21 actuated by a counter weighted crank 22 and slotted so as to slide on a fixed screw 21<1>. The arm 18 is also linked to a fixed pivot 24 and is disengaged from the film at the end of a feeding stroke by a cam 25. The counterweight on the crank 22 is sufficient to bring the feed teeth out of engagement with the film when the camera is not being operated.
