Cards for displaying; show cards.-A show-card 1 is combined with a jointed strip of cardboard, tin, or the equivalent 2 which can be folded flat or extended to rest throughout its length edgways on a counter &c., the show-card 1 forming with the strip 2 when extended one side of a box without base or top for retaining the articles to be displayed in close proximity to the card, which is held upright by the strip. The show-card may be detachably connected to the strip 2 by forming looped portions in the rear side of the strip, either by bending back lengths of the material or by attaching thereto a supplementary strip. The lower edge of the card fits in this loop either wholly or at alternate locations, slits being made in the card or strip or in both for this purpose. Press buttons or other means may be employed for holding the card or strip together, e.g. a bracket support may be used. The card 1 is creased at 5 to enable it to be turned back. Thecard may be double-faced and a strip 2 fitted on each side.
