Magnetic instruments; loud-speakers. -The reed E or diaphragm of a telephone receiver A is connected to the diaphragm F of a gramophone sound box by means of two arms pivoted together. The pivot is not connected to any part of the apparatus. One of the arms D is formed of two parts screwing together, so that the tension on the diaphragm F may be adjusted. The telephone receiver A is fitted into a receptacle B attached to the gramophone sound box.
