Abstract

Draught excluders for doors comprise a strip 1 of rubber or similar flexible material, strengthened at the sides by metal or like s,trips 2, secured to the flooring in line with the lower edge of the closed door and so disposed that the said edge slides partially or, entirely over a convex surface of the strip, the arrangement being such that the body of the strip remains quite flexible when secured in position. The strengthening- strips may be so formed as to enclose the sides of the flexible material.
