Radiators, motor-car and like.-The flow of water or other liquid through the ordinary tubes or other cooling elements c is regulated according to the temperature of the liquid by means of thermostats f, g controlling valves in larger conduits d, e, which may be constituted by the side frames of the radiator. When the temperature of the liquid is high the whole of the liquid is passed through the ordinary elements c, whereas the conduits d, e are fully open when a lesser cooling action is required.
