Ground levers are locked by the bolt h of a lock f carried in a casing d pivoted to the weight c, the bolt engaging a recess g in an arm e pivoted above the lever-arm b. A closed tube may be provided to contain the end of the arm e which projects beyond the casing d. In a modification, the arm e may be pivoted also to the weight d, in which case it is made telescopic, the lock being applied to the outer part and engaging a recess in the inner part.
