Abstract

An adaptor has apertures enabling it to be bolted to a hub and has studs and a spigot to suit the spare wheel of a towing vehicle, whereby the vehicle spare wheel can be used on the trailer <IMAGE>

Description

SPECIFICATION Vehicle spare wheel adaptor for trailers This invention is a fabricated or die-cast flange which converts the trailer hub to suit the towing vehicle spare wheel in the event of the trailer damaging a wheel (i.e. puncture). The adaptor has a spigot and studs the same size as the vehicle hub which is towing the trailer, so when the adaptor is bolted on to the trailer hub it converts the trailer bolt centures to suit the towing vehicle spare wheel, so this can replace the damaged wheel on the trailer.
1. Vehicle spare wheel adaptor comprises a fabricated or cast flange which converts any trailer hub to suit the towing vehicle spare wheel in the event of the trailer damaging its wheel.

    SPECIFICATION Vehicle spare wheel adaptor for trailers This invention is a fabricated or die-cast flange which converts the trailer hub to suit the towing vehicle spare wheel in the event of the trailer damaging a wheel (i.e. puncture). The adaptor has a spigot and studs the same size as the vehicle hub which is towing the trailer, so when the adaptor is bolted on to the trailer hub it converts the trailer bolt centures to suit the towing vehicle spare wheel, so this can replace the damaged wheel on the trailer.
