Mounting shades on chimneys and electric-lamp bulbs. - A lamp-shade holder for adjustably securing a shade to a lamp chimney or electric light bulb is made of flexible wire and comprises an arc-shaped loop 27 on the inside of which loops 13, 14 receive spring clips 24 for holding a shade 23 in position in the loop 27, and a pair of semicircular gripping-members 19, 20 having horns 21, 22 which serve as guides when the shade-holder is forced on to a lamp chimney or electric light bulb 25.
