Abstract

206,324. Finegan, J. Oct. 2, 1922. Mud-guards.-A pair of side plates a, hingedly attached to the front fork of bicycles &c. by pins d engaging with brackets b, are held at an angle by tie-rods h which fit into brackets on the side plates and into brackets l on the mud-guard. The inner edge f of the side plate is turned inwardly and a trough g is formed' by bending up the bottom. The pin d may be mounted on the bracket b and the sockets on the side plates. The Provisional Specification also refers to the mounting of the bracket l on the fork.
