Aeroplanes; guns, disposition of; cars; propelling.-A monoplane having a central fuselage a traversed by the main plane and two lateral nacelles d, e secured to the lower surface of the plane and carrying engines driving two tractor propellers d<1>, e<1>, has a machine gun position arranged in a forwardly projecting portion a<1> of the main fuselage and two other machine-gun positions arranged at the rear ends d<2>, e<2> of the nacelles. An additional machine gun may be arranged at a<2>, and the pilot's and observer's seats are arranged at a<3>. The gunners seats may be adjustable, particularly those at d<2>, e<2>, to enable the gunners to fire above or below the main plane.
