Abstract

202,503. Goldberg, S. H. July 31, 1922. Folding boxes.-A folding box for fruit &c. comprises a central portion 2 from which, on all sides, extend flaps 3, 4, which are folded up to form inner and' outer walls, the portion 4 forming the outer wall being longer than the portion 3 so that the bottom 2 of the box is raised. The box is secured in the erect position by split-locking flaps which are locked on the outside of the box so that the inside surface of the box is smooth. Ventilating holes 16 are provided in the bottom of the box.
