Abstract

A driver's cab for a motor vehicle comprising a substantially L- shaped door (22) with the longest limb (26) of the L horizontal, the horizontal limb (26) serving to close a part of an entry aperture extending between a mudguard (11, 12), a roof portion (10) and a pillar (9) on which the door is hinged by upper and lower hinges (36, 37) which provide self-closing of the door, and the horizontal limb (22) is engaged by a retaining device (38) which, when the door is closed, preferably extends parallel to the horizontal limb. <IMAGE>
