Abstract

There is disclosed a computer- controlled telecommunications and/or sound reproduction equipment with actuating means arranged on the equipment (1) and/or a remote control (2) transmitting wireless (viz 3) or wire-connected signals for the controlling, switching on and over of variable and fixed equipment functions, wherein each actuating means is connected through a matrix circuit with a coding circuit (4) which codes the command into a certain code. The coding circuit (4) is connected with a computer (5) through a single data line, the coded commands being serially put through a single input (A) into the computer (5). The decoding of the binary-coded commands takes place according to certain programmes written into the computer (5), the multibit data, issued by the computer (5) and each containing a control command, being fed through a data bus-bar (6) to one of the number of information storages (latch) (7, 7a, 7b, 7c, 15,16, 13a, 13b) corresponding to the functions to be controlled. The computer (5) delivers a multi-bit address information signal to an address decoder (9) and a control pulse (strobe pulse) is delivered through the address decoder (9) and an address bus-bar (10) connected therebehind to the addressed information storage (A). All multi-bit information signals and addresses are stored in parallel in a non-volatile read-out data storage (11). <IMAGE>
