Abstract

200,241. Long, G. April 19, 1922. Labelling.-A bottle, tin &c. rolls down rails 2 on an inclined table 1 over a gummed pad 4, a pile of labels 6 supported on a spring- pressed plate 7, and a pad 9 which presses the label on to the bottle. An adjustable guide 10 may be provided to facilitate placing the bottle &c. in correct position on the rails. The rails may be made of rubber-covered wire, the ends of which are inserted into holes in the table 1. Several sets of holes may be provided to allow for the adjustment of the rails. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 15296/08.
