Abstract

198,857. Molins, W. E. April 3, 1922. Coating-machines.-A label or stamp is carried on to the surface of a drum 28 with circumferential slots and transverse toothed ridges 28 for holding the label. It is then gummed by a roller 29 with flanges which pass between guard plates 27a and supply the gum in strips corresponding to the slots in the roller 27. Specification 24307/14 is referred to.
