The top cross-bar C supporting the top shelf A and rollers is adjustably supported on the central upright bar B, which latter is adjustable on the lower cross-bar D. Adjustable feet d are also provided, and the swift carrier arms E are attached to longitudinal bars e adjustable in height, and are inclined upwards from the centre of the machine. The draw-off bobbin-racks in a doubling-frame are similarly carried on bars which can be set at any desired height.
